Tatiana has held roles such as school teacher for DET NSW and WA, Programs Coordinator for ELICOS RTO, Trainer & Assessor, Principal Lecturer for TAFE, and freelance Education Consultant. In her current Learning & Development role at a government organisation, she designs training programs for hundreds of lecturers across multiple campuses. Outside work, Tatiana manages a 3,000-member online community of Russian-speaking parents and supports over 200 regular clients.
